Schnell Home Construction System
Innovative building technology with EPS panels and reinforced concrete.
Designed for structural strength, energy efficiency, and versatility in residential, commercial, and industrial projects worldwide.
Our modular panels allow for faster construction times, reduced labor costs, and superior insulation.
The system meets international building standards and is adaptable to various climates, including hurricane-prone regions.
With sustainability in mind, our EPS panels are recyclable and energy-efficient, helping you reduce long-term operational costs.
What is the Concrewall System?
The Schnell Home Concrewall system is an industrial solution for structural reinforced concrete walls. Prefabricated EPS panels, covered with zinc-coated steel mesh and connected by 3D connectors, create a reinforced framework for buildings.
Panels are assembled on-site and finished with shotcrete or poured concrete,
forming walls, floors, roofs, and staircases with superior performance in
strength, insulation, and seismic resistance.
This system is designed for rapid construction, energy efficiency, and long-term durability,
while complying with international building codes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Types of Panels
Single Panel
Bearing structures up to 3–4 stories, partitions, and short-span floors. Finished with shotcrete on both sides.
Double Panel
Two connected panels with poured concrete core. Suitable for multi-story buildings where higher structural strength is needed.
Floor & Roof Panels
Variable thickness panels reinforced on-site. Used for slabs, roofs, and stair landings.
System Advantages
Lightweight
Reduced seismic mass, easy handling.
Energy Efficient
High thermal insulation lowers costs.
Fire Resistant
Internationally certified fire performance.
Earthquake Resistant
Tested in full-scale seismic simulations.
Versatile
Applies to walls, roofs, floors, stairs.
Storm Resistant
ICC-500 hurricane & missile resistant.
Technical Data
Raw Materials ▼
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene): Density 15–30 Kg/m³, compression resistance up to 180 KPa, thermal conductivity ~0.034–0.040 W/mK, fire reaction Class 1.
Steel: High-strength galvanized steel wire (FTK > 600 MPa), tensile strength 600–750 N/mm² depending on diameter, zinc coating ~60 g/m².
Structural Plaster Mix ▼
Applied ~3 cm thick on both sides of single panels. Recommended mix per m³:
- Cement: 350 kg
- Sand (0–5 mm): 1600 kg
- Water: 160 L (adjust per humidity)
- Polypropylene fibers: 1 kg/m³ (optional, to prevent shrinkage cracks)
Performance Tests ▼
- Compression load capacity: up to 70 tons (supports 6-story structures).
- Earthquake test: Full-scale 2-story building in Indonesia resisted 40 tons lateral force.
- Fire resistance: Certified at Western Fire Center Inc. (Kelso, WA).
- Storm & missile impact: ICC-500 & FEMA 361 compliant, resistant to 225 mph hurricanes.
- Thermal insulation: U-values between 0.56 and 0.30 W/m²K, depending on panel type.
Why Choose Schnell Home?
| Feature | Schnell Concrewall | Wood Framing | Concrete Block |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy Efficiency | High insulation, lower bills | Low insulation, requires add-ons | Medium, needs insulation |
| Fire Resistance | Certified fire tested | Combustible | Good, but heavy |
| Hurricane & Storms | Rated for 225 mph winds | Easily damaged | Strong, very heavy |
| Earthquake Resistance | Lightweight, seismic tested | Weak under seismic loads | Heavy, poor seismic performance |
| Construction Speed | Fast assembly, prefabricated | Slow, labor intensive | Slow, heavy handling |
Sustainability & Cost Savings
Schnell Concrewall delivers faster, more affordable, and eco-friendly construction. Studies show up to 50% faster build time and 30% cost savings compared to traditional RCC frame with brick infill.
With high thermal performance and lower embodied energy, these panels reduce energy bills and carbon emissions — making them a smart long-term investment.
U.S. Certifications & Resilience
Schnell panels (SCIP) produced in the U.S. through Fortified Structural Solutions are approved for use in **Miami-Dade County** and meet all **NOA requirements**.
These panels have passed **hurricane debris missile impact tests** simulating 200 mph winds, and comply with **ICC evaluation reports**, ensuring they meet rigorous U.S. building codes.
Their strength also helps reduce insurance premium costs, as insurers favor structures with greater resistance to natural disasters.
Applications Worldwide
Schnell Home panels are used in residential, industrial, commercial, and public buildings. From affordable housing to multi-story apartments, schools, and resorts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this system approved in the U.S.? ▼
Yes! Schnell panels (SCIP) are produced domestically through Fortified Structural Solutions, comply with U.S. building codes, have ICC Evaluation Reports, and are approved for Miami-Dade County.
How does it perform in hurricanes or earthquakes? ▼
Panels passed hurricane missile impact tests simulating ~200 mph winds. They are also lightweight yet strong, giving them superior seismic performance over wood or CMU systems.
Is it more expensive than traditional methods? ▼
Initial costs are competitive, but Schnell panels offer faster construction and long-term savings via reduced energy bills, insurance costs, and maintenance.
